My fathers homes sold in a very short time after being listed thanks to Colleen! My brother randomly selected Coleen and we couldn’t be happier!! Colleen is not only cheerful , knowledgeable, and ready to tackle any task at hand. She gives those personal touches that everyone would not expect. I called and talk to my father the other day after Colleen had left. My dad was extremely happy and you could just hear the smile on his face!!! I haven’t heard my dad that happy in a couple of years since before my mother passed. That day, dad had to tell Colleen that there was an electrical problem in the house. Colleen knew exactly what to do and went back and push the GFI and turned everything back on. We were thinking that it was going to cost some money to fix the electrical problem. It was just a push of one button. I can tell you, if you were looking for someone to help find a home for you or sell your home, Colleen would definitely be your person!!!
